SOLE Medium insoles are the go-to for medium-fitting footwear like running shoes, casual sneakers, basketball shoes, tennis shoes, medium fitting boots and more. Not ideal for tight footwear like cleats, climbing shoes, skating shoes, flats, dress shoes, skates, or ski boots. If you wear a half size, round up to the nearest full size. You might need to trim the insole.
